Ben and I both travel quite a bit for our photography business, Ben much more-so than myself. This was the first “half weekend” that we have all been together in a month. The reason I say half weekend is because Ben wasn’t able to meet up with us until Saturday evening. He was a little preoccupied shooting a wedding in Joshua Tree, CA. But it’s okay, we had two of our friends birthday parties where we were able to spend time and meet up later. Sunday was then the ideal mellow day all being reunited. I couldn’t have asked for better company on our bike ride, I was gut laughing with these two. It doesn’t matter that Ben and I have been married for five years now, he’s still always trying to impress me. Hence the pop-a-wheelie photo, oh boy you know how that turns me on.. It’s okay, it makes him feel macho and it gives me a good laugh. It was also very important to Milo that she wear her “horsey hat” on our bike ride. It may be three sizes too big and incredibly hideous but for some reason as soon as it’s on her head she makes it cute. We always ride out to our favorite look out that’s just a ride from our house. A few snapped photo’s and stretched out sunglasses later the evening turned into a dance party, upon Milo’s request of course (video still to come).
